Flag Football is more popular than ever and U1 Sports is proud to partner up with NFL Flag and offer leagues in the Fall/Spring seasons. Flag Football is a non-contact sport full of fun and excitement.

Each season, we have a coed division that accommodates players in Grades 1-8, All Boys Division and All Girls division open to Grades 9-12. The teams are balanced through a coach’s assessment and draft.
