Flag Football is more popular than ever, and U1 Sports is proud to partner with NFL Flag to offer leagues in the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. This non-contact sport is packed with fun and excitement for players of all skill levels!
Each season, we offer a coed division for players in Grades 1-8, along with separate All-Boys and All-Girls divisions for Grades 9-12. Teams are evenly balanced through a coach’s assessment and draft process.
