ARE U READY FOR SUMMER?

An action-packed day program offering a wide range of age-appropriate sports including, but not limited to, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, lacrosse, and swimming. We provide campers with a nurturing environment in which they can excel and gain self confidence as they learn the benefits of teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership through competitive sports.

FLAG FOOTBALL

Flag Football has become more popular than ever! Our flag football instructors hone in on both football fundamentals and gameplay strategy. Our intensive skill-based program focuses on specific skill positions and emphasizes route running, passing, catching, and defense. All skills sessions are followed by league/gameplay.


BASKETBALL

From beginner to varsity athlete, the Premier basketball program provides excellent opportunities for player development and participation. Led by former Division 1 athletes, our coaches will provide an opportunity for all athletes to develop their individual skills, as well as their team play. Clinics will cover passing, shooting, ball handling, Offensive footwork, perimeter & post play, defensive drills and game situations. Skills Clinics will be followed by league play. 


SOCCER

Our premier soccer program’s primary focus is skill development and game play for all levels through group instruction and clinics. Our expert coaches emphasize the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, trapping, passing, juggling, heading, goalkeeping, attacking and defending and set tactics.  All skills clinics are followed by competition periods of 7 v7 9 v 9 or 11 v 11 league games.


SWIMMING

Our premier swimming program’s aims to promote the developmentally appropriate learning of fundamental water safety and aquatic skills. Topics of instruction include basic aquatic skills, swimming strokes, personal water safety skills, and basic water rescue.


LACROSSE

Our premier lacrosse program provides an opportunity to develop basic movement skills like running, jumping, landing, kicking, scooping, throwing and catching in a fun setting, built around informal play and positive reinforcement. Allows children to develop their movement ABCs — agility, balance, coordination, and speed — and learn the basics of the game
