U1 Sports Winter basketball program gives our student athletes an opportunity to build confidence, team camaraderie and develop and/or refine their fundamental skills in a healthy competitive environment. U1’s highly qualified and supportive coaches are former student athletes and/or current teaching professionals who understand what it takes to be successful not only in sports, but more importantly, in life.

U1 athletes will compete in the House of Sports or Gotham In House League located on the Upper west side. Teams will have two weekly mandatory practice. Practices will consist of team and skill development
